**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions through upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales preferred.
- Proficient in product demos to effectively communicate product value to customers.
- Background in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
