**About the Opportunity**:
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade XII
- Successful completion of an approved Medical Office Assistant or Secretarial Course that includes typing, filing, computer skills and office management
- Successful completion of Medical Terminology course or equivalent experience
- Data entry skills and related computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Demonstrate good attendance in past and current employment
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
- Ability to work independently; to prioritize activities and work in a team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships with all levels of staff and clients, including those internal and external to the organization.
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Permanent, Full-time Position; 70 Hours Bi-weekly
- Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays required

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.09 - $21.91 Hourly
