We are passionate about our people and believe that investing in talent is the key to our success. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Training and Talent Coordinator **to join our human resources team.

**Responsibilities**

This role involves developing strategies for talent engagement and brand recognition on social media, coordinating and designing effective training programs, overseeing smooth onboarding processes, and actively participating in employee development initiatives to foster growth and engagement.

**Training Coordination**
- Identify training needs within the organization and design effective training programs.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring proper resources and facilities are available.
- Track and evaluate training program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, and other talent sources.

**Onboarding**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide information about company policies and culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources.

**Employee Development**
- Work with managers to identify opportunities for employee development and career growth.
- Implement and manage mentorship programs to foster employee growth and engagement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and training.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and training coordination.
- Experience or background in media-related field is advantageous.
- Proficient in integrating multimedia and interactive technologies to enhance training and engagement experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
