**What to expect in the role**
REDI Enterprises Society is presently seeking a **permanent, full time**, conscientious and career-minded Service Supervisor in our REDIworks/connects Division located in Brooks, Alberta. You will be supporting adults with developmental, physical, and complex psychiatric disabilities. With a passion for supporting people with disabilities, you will:
- Ensure appropriate delivery of person-centered plans, through ongoing communication with individuals’ support network, both within the Agency and in the community
- Engage in community resource building and networking to increase opportunities for community inclusion
- Work closely with the Division Manager to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of new policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Assist in attending recreational activities, social events, appointments, ect.
- Completed required client documentation effectively

**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience
- First Aid-Level C/CPR Certificate
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Intermediate computer literacy that meets the requirements of the role
- Clean criminal record or one that is acceptable to the Executive Director
- Clean Vulnerable Sector Record or one that is acceptable to the Executive Director
- A positive attitude and belief that persons with disabilities have the right and responsibility to define and act on their life choices and seek active participation in the community
- An understanding of the opportunities and options available to persons with disabilities, mindful of cultural and ethnic sensitivity
- Professional and tactful written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team
- A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered
Pay: From $20.93 per hour
Expected hours: 26.50 per week
