Workplace Details: Big box retail store.

*Cafeteria, bistro:
**Dishwasher**

Sweep and clean the floors with the damp mop, clean and disinfect the surfaces of tables, chairs, chair frames and legs, Plexiglas separator. Sweep and mop kitchen floor around prep equipment.
- Pick up and empty garbage cans & recycling bins in the building and bring to the appropriate container.
- The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning the crockery and cutlery used during the service, as well as all the equipment used in the kitchen (pans, pots, ovens, mixers, etc.).
- He also ensures the cleaning of the kitchen premises and annexes (tiles and floors, work tables, drains, etc.) and ensures the clearing of garbage cans and rubbish.

**Cart Attendant**
- Cart attendants provide superior customer service to customers while assisting with carrying items to vehicles or delivering goods on the premise. As a Cart Attendant, you will ensure that carts are collected from parking lots/ garages, cleaned, and returned to the proper area. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

**Key Accountabilities**
- Replenish and manage shopping tools (trolleys, bags, baskets, pencils, shopping list, measuring tapes, catalogues, brochures, etc.)
- Remove and gather empty shopping tools left outside or inside of the unit, in non-commercial customer areas such as exit, customer service area, transit zones, and bring them to the dedicated pick-up locations
- Collect and distribute shopping tools
- Remove trash, clean, and sanitize shopping tool handles
- Assist customers with loading items into vehicles
- Remove damaged shopping tools from Unit circulation and submit Work Order for repair
- May perform other duties as assigned

**Physical Demands & Work Environment**
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequently lift 0-10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

**Janitorial Cleaner**

**Main duties**:
*Dust & clean surfaces of the office furniture with a damp cloth

*Disinfect surfaces of door handles, light switches, refrigerator, microwaves, office furniture & kitchen tables, counters, chairs ,washrooms etc.

*Sweep, vacuum & mop floor surfaces

*Clean & disinfect washrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilet bowl, urinals, showers, resupply toilet paper, hand paper, hand soap etc.

*Dust window ledges, top of lockers.

*Clean interior of the refrigerator monthly

*Clean glass of main entrances

*Spot clean wall surfaces of finger marks and stains

**Description of qualifications**:
Punctual person, good communicator. Detail oriented. Autonomous. Able to safely lift a weight of 40lbs on occasion. Have manual skills.

**Professional qualification recognized outside the University or school system**:
WHMIS certificate an asset (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
