Security Operations is the team that handles day to day protection of our environment and the tools that support them. This team takes care of identifying security weaknesses and facilitates remediation efforts. Additionally, this team monitors networks to assesses abnormal behaviors and manages security incidents to allow for execution of response processes.

**As a Principal Security Analyst, you will**:

- Assess, design, implement, and oversee endpoint protection solutions and strategies with Architects and Compliance analysts.
- Develop and enforce endpoint security policies, standards, and procedures; ensure solution effectiveness through monitoring and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with the Automation team to integrate self-service and automation for enhanced efficiency of endpoint security tools.
- Define, assess, and evolve service-related metrics and KPIs while mentoring and guiding security engineers and IT teams.
- Embed endpoint security practices in corporate and commercial infrastructure, monitor systems, and collaborate with SOC/Incident Management for response.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, staying updated on cybersecurity trends to strengthen endpoint protection measures.

**What you need to Succeed**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree is a plus, with 8-12 years in cybersecurity, including 4-6 years in endpoint protection and security leadership roles.
- Possess extensive hands-on experience with endpoint tools such as EDR, AV, and malware protection solutions, alongside expertise in securing Windows and Linux servers/workstations with advanced hardening and patch management knowledge.
- Proficient in protective security technologies like firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS protection, and optionally SIEM or threat intelligence platforms; experience securing cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and the ability to align endpoint security strategies with compliance requirements.
- Exhibit strong leadership and mentorship skills, leading project teams, guiding junior engineers, and effectively communicating with executive stakeholders.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent, with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
