Employee agrees to perform the functions as a Warehouse Shipper / Receiver at DAC Industrial for the Territory.

The Employee agrees to perform and provide warehousing related duties, for DAC Industrial and shall exclusively devote such of his/her time, efforts and attention as may be necessary or desirable to perform the services in a conscientious, cost effective, professional, efficient, and timely manner, and do the best of his/her ability.

(*) Maintain and organize appropriate shipping/receiving records.

(*) Assist with ongoing and annual inventory control; cycle counts and organizing aisles.

(*) Perform ancillary customer service duties (greeting, occasional telephone answering, data entry, etc.)

(*) Duties include picking, organizing & packing orders.

(*) Ensure proper documentation control at all times.

(*) Perform shipping duties as per established procedures, call couriers and trucking companies.

(*) Advise warehouse coordinator of any damage/changes to an order.

(*) Assist with coordination and tracking of couriers and freight.

(*) Load/unload vans/trucks as necessary.

(x) Pick-up / deliveries as required.

(xi) Operate forklift(s) as required along with pallet jacks, etc.

(xii) Assist Sales Representative as required (equipment assembly for pre-sale)

(xiii) Receive incoming orders and warehouse accordingly.

(xiv) Receive customer equipment drop-off for servicing obtaining all pertinent client and equipment related information, tagging equipment with pertinent data and entering said information into business software system (SAP)

(xv) General warehouse duties. Develop and maintain a used parts warehouse with parts identification.

(xvi) Assume responsibility to ensure company inventory and assets are secure.

(xvii) Work as an integral part of a team environment.

(xviii) Warehouse cleanliness.

(xix) Call customers when orders (products) are received and ready for pick-up.

(xx) Weekly forklift / equipment related inspection sheet to be completed.

(xxi) Alternate lunch hour and vacations with the Warehouse Coordinator.

(xxii) Shall devote his/her full working time, efforts, and attention exclusively to the business and affairs of DAC Industrial and shall not be engaged in any other commercial or business occupation.

(xxiii) Attend all related training as so deemed appropriate and required by the Branch Manager. It will also be imperative that the employee pass on this knowledge to other staff members. All company sponsored training is paid for by the employer.

(xxiv) Participate in meetings as so required by the Branch Manager.

**Experience**:

- warehousing: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
