**Position Title: Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the safely loading and unloading of vehicle (with assistance of a pallet jack)
- Responsible for pick-up and delivery to various warehouse locations, retail outlets, and our service partners including food bank, soup kitchens, crisis centers, etc. throughout New Brunswick
- Responsible to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely basis.
- Responsible to inspect vehicles before and after each trip for any mechanical issues or damage.
- Responsible to assist within the warehouse, as required and/or when pick-up and delivery responsibilities are completed.
- Responsible to ensure work is performed in a safe manner including adhering to the FDA Policy Manual performing safe work practices and wearing appropriate safety apparel.
- Other related duties may be required or requested.
**Conditions of Employment**
- Must maintain a Class 3 with Air Brake Endorsement Driver License (mandatory)
- Must work in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner in dealing with outside client organizations, Board Members, the public, media, government officials, and other groups and individuals.
- Must be physically capable of performing driver, delivery, and warehouse activities in a safe and efficient manner, being physically able and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude and function effectively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
**Desired Knowledge, Education, Experience and Expertise**
- Maintain a Class 3 with air brake endorsement driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as effective decision-making ability
- Ability to function effectively with little to no supervision.
- Ability to function effectively as part of a team.
**Educational Requirements**
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent combination of training and experience
**Language Requirement**
- Spoken and written English is essential.
**Working Hours**
- 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm) or as required based on business needs. Employees may be required, upon occasion, to work outside of normal business hours.
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
