**Our expectations**

Reporting to the Online go to market and Site Experience manager, and working closely with the Digital Experience Advisor, the Digital Experience specialist is responsible for the execution and optimization of the online customer journey for go-to market initiatives.

**Your role**
- Maintain the weekly brief for homepage changes
- Coordinate the execution of online-only events, making sure the customer journey is optimized for maximum impact.
- Participate in the development and strategy of online events
- Coordinate timelines, planning and distribution of work and ensure quality control of projects
- Prepare creative briefs for the studio and other marketing support teams
- Make recommendations to increase sales in order to meet objectives
- Stay abreast of trends, competitive activities and offer recommendations.
- Create post mortems to analyze past promotions and optimize future ones

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- University degree in marketing or administration, or any other form of experience and study deemed equivalent
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in project coordination
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
- Experience in retail, an asset
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous and meticulous person.
- Strong aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent ability to adapt to change, work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
