**Responsibilities**:

- Perform meat cutting and processing tasks for retail display, including trimming, portioning, grinding, and packaging various cuts of meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc.) according to company standards, customer requests, and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment, such as saws, grinders, slicers, and knives, ensuring safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Prepare and arrange attractive meat displays in the retail case, ensuring proper rotation and labeling of products to maintain freshness and appeal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about meat products, suggesting cuts, and fulfilling special requests. This includes taking custom orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area and retail display case, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Weigh and label meat products accurately, including pricing and any special handling instructions.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely restocking of the retail display.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Retail Meat Cutter or in a similar role involving meat handling and customer service.
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper cutting techniques for retail display.
- Ability to use and maintain meat cutting equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent knife skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet customer demands.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
