Journeyman Electician

Oakpark Powerline Services is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician for both work in Winnipeg and testing and replacing ground rods throughout Manitoba; jobsites are anticipated to be North of Winnipeg in the Interlake Region.

Job Duties:

- Commercial electrical
- Testing and inspecting ground rods.
- Recording data
- Experience working with a tablet/Ipad
- Installation and maintenance work
- Trenching and installing new ground wire if needed
- Connecting the grounds, and recording final data
- Supervising an Electrical Apprentice
- Working outdoors

**Requirements**:

- Class 5 license
- 2 years experience, mínimally as a Journeyman Electrician
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Oakpark Powerline is located on Highway 75, 5 miles south of St. Norbert.

**Salary**: $37.00-$39.00 per hour
