Pro Shop/back Shop Attendant

Coachwood Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole, par 70 golf course on a beautiful, hilly stretch of Windsor-Essex County.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the Pro Shop
- Manage and maintain inventory levels in the Pro Shop, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Assist with sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing using **G1 Point of Sale** system
- Ensure all golfers are properly registered for tee times, and communicate any relevant information regarding course conditions, events, etc.
- Keep the Pro Shop and back shop areas clean and organized
- Assist with back shop duties, including washing and staging golf carts
- Assist in running snack bar operations, selling beverages to golfers (Must be **Smart Serve certified**)
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for all golfers

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a customer service or retail setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point of sale systems
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Smart Serve
