**Job Duties**:

- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with computers (Excel, Outlook, & Word)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to work independently and manage a workload of fluctuating priorities - especially meeting workload completion deadlines
