Reporting to the General Manager, The store manager is responsible for the overall daily sales, operations & supervision of team members of the combined Cannabis & Vape store.

**Store Manager Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling** - Creating the monthly staff schedule and sending it to the manager for approval.
- Supervise all staff in the store and coordinate work to ensure productive operations at all hours.
- **Hiring -** Conduct hiring, training of new employees.
- **Coach, train & develop employees** including disciplinary/terminations.
- **Ordering store supplies** - Create a supply list which the staff check weekly and order supplies as required.
- **Ordering store inventory & accessories -**Review weekly/ biweekly ordering needs for store with purchaser.
- **Receiving** - Ensure product is received and added to menus
- **SLGA Monthly Reporting** - Submit all SLGA reports within 3 days after month end, work with SLGA on any reporting error correction required and maintain all reports on the shared drive.
- Complete in person SLGA inspection with an auditor.
- **Inventory** - Conduct, or oversee audits being conducted on inventory daily. If staff are completing inventory, then spot checking and providing a report to ownership/General manager on any overage/shortage and highlighting any concerning discrepancies, or trends.
- **Banking** - Check deposits from staff, deposit cash from the night before and pick up cash from the bank when needed for the ATM.
- Hold staff accountable for cash box deficits.
- **Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations** are adhered to and required standards are met.
- Being 1st call for the security company and being reachable for staff in the event the General manager is unavailable.
- Other duties as required (including selling through the pos system to customers when required).

**Requirements**:

- Flexible availability
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- All applicants must be at least 19 years of age or older.
- Cannasell Certification required.
- Reference check

**Job Type**: Full time

**Experience**:

- Retail Supervisory: Min 1 year or prior management experience.
- Retail customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CannSell (required)

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
