We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk at our head office in Winnipeg. This is a great opportunity for a personable individual who enjoys working in a dynamic work environment.

As the Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for basic office tasks which include reporting, bookkeeping, data entry as well as the resolution of discrepancies related to any of the tasks performed. We are in search of a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in exceeding expectations and is known to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced work environment.

As the Accounting Clerk you are responsible for:

- Entering payable invoices and assisting with payment runs.
- Depositing cheques and disbursing mail.
- Assisting with the processing of Owner Operator pay statements; saving, labeling, organizing and compiling documents for Driver’s pay as well as distributing.
- Assisting with distribution of Company Driver pay statements.
- Updating internal documents as required.

You and Your Experience:

- Accounting experience and / or Post-secondary education in accounting is considered an asset..
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and can work with simple already created formulas in Excel
- You have the ability to handle deadlines while working independently and within a team environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills a must
- You are detailed oriented and highly organized.
- Knowledge of TruckMate and Sage 300 would be considered an asset.
- Commitment to meeting objectives and required timelines.

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
