Mr Puffs Aylmer cherche un/une assistant-gérant à temps partiel ou à temps plein.

Voici les tâches qui vous seront assignées afin d’assurer que nos clients vivent une expérience formidable:

- Offrir un service impeccable en ayant une approche amicale et hospitalière;
- Maintenir l’ordre et la salubrité du magasin;
- Travailler en équipe pour mener à bien les tâches assignées;
- Supporter l’équipe de gestion dans l’accomplissement des tâches divers;
- Préparer et servir des breuvages, pâtisseries et autres desserts variés;
- Assurer la propreté du restaurant;
- Remplir les stocks de produits en préparation de l'heure de pointe;
- Offrir un service courtois, rapide et professionnel aux clients.

Compétences requises et exigences du poste
- De solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication;
- Capacité de performer sous pression et de garder un comportement calme;
- Compétences en mati
- re de gestion du temps et de priorisation;
- Approche de résolution des problèmes lorsqu'on est confronté à des défis;
- Grand souci du détail;
- Capacité d'accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois de manière efficace et rapide;
- Maintenir une présence et une ponctualité régulières;
- Être disposé à travailler selon des horaires flexibles;
- Capacité de rester debout pendant de longues heures;
- Capacité à soulever des objets jusqu'à 20 kg;
- Maîtrise de la langue française (l'anglais est considéré comme un atout);
- Expérience dans la restauration considérée comme un atout.
