**The responsibilities of the role include**:

- Provide assistance in operating machining equipment
- Working independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.
- Computing and verifying dimensions to ensure accuracy.
- Observing all applicable safety practices and immediately reporting any unsafe practices or conditions.
- The ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints.
- The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
- The ability to sit for extended periods of time.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in working with lathe mill is highly preferred
- Grinder experience is a plus but not required
