Reporting to the Bakery Department Manager, a Midnight Scratch Baker, prepares, mixes, bakes and organizes many Bakery Department products.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- Bakery experience is an asset, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, bend and reach
- Good knife and baking skills
- Flexible availability from 11:00 pm to 7 am or 5 am to 1 pm, seven days per week
- Creativity is an asset

- Assist in receiving and verifying shipments for accuracy and quality
- Organize and ensure proper storage of inventory
- Mix, prepare and package baked goods such as brownies, cakes, pastries and cookies
- Maintain clean and tidy preparation and packaging areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery mixing, freezer and cooler areas
- Assist in training new team members
- Follow and ensure government regulations, company policies and procedures
- Attend occasional staff meetings
- Other assigned duties as they may arise

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
