Strive to complete 30 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals
Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales
Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets to facilitate an easy transaction
Serve as an intermediary between your buyer and seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales
Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career.

Qualifications:
Be a strong communicator
Represent your clients’ needs and desires to the best of your ability
Knowledgeable in the local real estate market and general trends
Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
Willing to work evenings and weekends
Customer service experience is preferred Compensation

We are constantly changing and growing with the market using the newest lead generation technology available. Our main focus is to provide our agents with amazing Culture, Mentoring, Advanced Productivity Tools, Superior Training, and Leads We offer models designed to meet the needs of every agent at any stage of their career.

Pay: $77,183.94-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Real Estate License or Enrolled with Humber College (required)
