Overview:
International Soccer Club (ISC) is a Not-for-Profit Soccer Club established in Mississauga in 2007. ISC is an affiliate member of the City of Mississauga and is sanctioned by both the Ontario Soccer Association and The Peel Halton Soccer Association. We operate as a Youth Recreation and Competitive Soccer Club in Mississauga.

Scope:

- Oversees Grassroots and Competitive Teams U4 to U18 plus Senior teams.
- Design and implement the teams' yearly objectives and evaluation modules according to the club technical manual.
- Design and implement the session plan for the assigned teams.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the team members, players, and parents to ensure the continuity of the team until U19 age.
- Participate in upgrading the current technical training program for the Recreation, Competitive, and High-Performance Programs and align it with the club's strategic objectives.
- Help in recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of coaching and volunteers.
- Establish structured mid-season player evaluations and try-outs.
- Promote the ongoing professional development of all coaches. Create a culture of ongoing coach education. Quarterly report submitted to the BOD.
- Knowledge of the Canadian Soccer and the Ontario Soccer landscape and the opportunities it presents to ISC.
- Assist in monitoring compliance of club curriculum with Canada Soccer Pathway guidelines.

Qualifications:

- National A or B Soccer Coaching License or international equivalent, National A would be preferred.
- University/College graduates with a sports-related degree or equivalent experience would be an asset.
- Clean police check.
- Successful track record of coaching experience.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience in managing remote locations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent people skills.

Package:
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Coaching: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
