Finishing Skid Steer Operator

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate skid steer loaders and other heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, and loaders to perform tasks including digging, paving, and building.
- Execute horizontal drilling operations as needed for utility installations.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute project tasks effectively.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding project progress and any issues encountered.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with skid steers.
- Familiarity with backhoe operation, bulldozing, loader operation, and other related machinery.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with construction work, including lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
