**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled individual for the position of Mechanical Systems Technician in Nunavut. This role is vital to our mission as it involves providing comprehensive mechanical solutions that ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency across various projects.
**Responsibilities**
**Install and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.**
- Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute installations accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during construction tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and assembly tasks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- **Qualifications**

**Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.**
- **Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.**:

- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for mechanical systems.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or plumbing are an asset.
- Willingness to work in challenging environments with physical demands.

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 70 per week
