**About the role**:

- Assist the Employment team in providing information about employment services and other community resources to job seekers;
- Assist in doing initial intake for clients;
- Assist in creating and delivering workshops that relate to finding employment;
- Assist in preparing resume for job seekers using designated tools of the Employment Team;
- Provide administrative and reception support for the Employment Team;
- Knowledgeable of social media and other publicity platforms;
- Assist in conducting outreach in different ACSA locations and other community facilities;
- Work cooperatively with other staff to ensure a consistent and high level of client service;
- Follow high quality standard procedures for receiving and directing calls and handling walk-in clients;
- Perform other duties as required.

**About you**:

- Youth between 15-30 years old; preference given to newly graduates;
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or Convention refugees;
- Must be able to work independently and group setting;
- Excellent knowledge and skills in using the computer and use of apps, AI, and social media platforms;
- Some experience in customer service;
- Ability to communicate well with others;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- A positive attitude with creative and dynamic leadership skills;
- Must be willing to go on different ACSA sites to do outreach for the Project;
- Must be able to complete the full 8-week work period;
- G or G2 Driver’s license is an asset;
- Newcomer Youth, BIPOC and those who identify as 2SLGBTQ+ is highly encouraged to apply.
