**About the Role**:
As an FSR I, you will develop relationships with current and potential members through discussing their financial needs with a focus on lending. You will:

- Conduct risk assessment and evaluation of consumer-related loans
- Follow up on delinquent accounts as directed by senior lending staff
- Perform routine loan audits as directed
- Resolve routine member problems and concerns
- Recommend beneficial products and services
- A minimum of 3 years experience in lending and financial services, preferably in a Credit Union
- Successful completion of Credit Union Products and Services (CUIC 185)
- Successful completion of Consumer & Residential Mortgage Lending (CUIC 210)
- Enrollment in or completion of Fundamentals of Personal Financial Planning (CUIC 240) is also an asset
- Attentive to detail
- Have the ability to recognize opportunities and communicate options effectively
- Approaches all situations with a positive and professional outlook
- The ability to develop great relationships with members and staff and a dedication to providing exceptional service
