Job description:
**Pelzer & Picano Roofing Ltd.** is a locally owned and operated roofing company serving the Halifax area. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial roofing and pride ourselves on professionalism, customer service, and safe work practices.

We’re currently looking for a **Site Supervisor** to lead our on-site crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise on-site personnel and manage daily operations to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance and quality of work.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety documentation.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are available and in proper working condition.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings is preferred.
- Proficient in using construction management software or tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands.
