**Responsibilities**:
Submit deals to lenders for approval. Follow up with lenders for funding updates

Claiming incentives and reporting units sold to Ford of Canada

Ensure customer loans are paid out quickly

Register purchased warranties, life insurance, etc.

Arrange ownership transfer of used vehicles being taken in on trade

Ensure all receivables are current

Work closely with our head office to ensure all deals submitted for month end

Audit deals for accuracy

**Qualifications**:
Valid driver’s License

Previous experience in automotive or banking considered an asset

Energy, passion, and professionalism for exceptional customer service

Detail oriented and results focused personality

Knowledge of all Microsoft programs is also an asset
