**Department Overview**: Motorola Solution’s Video Division is defining the future of the security industry through innovative end-to-end-solutions. We’re changing the landscape of the surveillance industry through advanced award-winning AI based surveillance systems. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world and our team is advancing the field as it applies to the surveillance industry. We are proud to be industry leaders in video analytics with products like Appearance Search and Unusual Motion Detection along with our recently launched Avigilon Blue cloud service platform. You will have the opportunity to contribute to intelligent camera surveillance systems through cutting edge research and software engineering.
**You will report to the Chief of Staff of Motorola Solutions’ Video Security & Access Control business unit. This is a Full-Time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be collaborating with other department leaders and managers to define, prioritize and develop projects.
- Oversee project management for a number of strategic initiatives, including setting deadlines, assigning team members to various deliverables and helping to drive reporting to the broader executive team.
- Analyzing data, including budget considerations, risks and resourcing.
- Exploring and implementing project management efficiencies for strategic initiatives.
- Ensuring that projects meet deadlines, are compliant with company standards, and show a willingness to adjust accordingly.
- Accurately document a project’s creation, development and execution, as well as documenting a project’s scope, budget proposals and rationale.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of project management experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Proficiency with computer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce, Excel)
- A continuous improvement mindset with proactive problem solving
- Networking skills
- Can handle high capacity and can use a project management platform
- Information Services Skills/Help Desk Experience
- Ability to travel on occasion as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Sales support skills and ability to influence
- Excellent communication and written skills
- PMP Certification
