Eco Architectural Glass Inc is a rapidly growing, employee focused company specializing in the installation of curtain wall, commercial store front entry systems and interior glass for commercial, industrial and residential buildings (both high and low rise) in all real estate classes with our creative and reliable installation teams. Our company has earned a well-deserved reputation with architects and entrepreneurs and carved out a leadership position in the niche market for commercial projects in Southwestern Ontario.

**Duties in this position include, but not limited to**:

- Physically fit and strong
- Installing / anchoring aluminum storefront and curtain wall frames plumb and square, installing glass into frames, Blueskin seal and finished flashings.
- Using power and hand tools, small scale site layout and measurements, use of laser levels.
- Measure, mark, glass cutting, grinding or polish glass.
- Cut, fit, install, repair or replace different types of glass or glass substitutes in building interiors, exteriors or other glass supporting products or structures.
- Measure and install mirrors, sealed units and replacement windows
- Assemble, fit and attach metal-framed glass enclosures for showers, office partitions, display cases, skylights, solariums and other structures.
- Finished quality work with tight tolerances.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the glazing industry preferred
- Ability to meet schedule deadlines and budgets, while maintaining highest standard of quality
- Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Positive attitude
- Willing to work a multitude of hours
- The ability to be a leader is a plus
- Ability to travel for work required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
