**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily outbound shipments, ensuring all deliveries are dispatched on time.
- Support order entry and revisions in 3rd party portals.
- Help support and manage company driver and daily schedule
- Perform quality audits (Quarterly) on condition of shipped goods for outgoing items.
- Ensure all required paperwork and records are maintained adequately for reporting & tracking.
- Follow up on deliveries and shipments from carriers, confirming timely arrivals and resolving any issues and ensuring shipped to customer.
- Investigate and resolve issues such as delays, product shortages, or mis-picks in shipments, lost or damaged.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and carriers to revise orders when necessary and ensure accurate delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment tracking, including any deviations or issues that occur during the shipping process.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics for outbound deliveries from carriers, 3rd party storage.
- Prepare and Manage Bill of Lading.
- Communicate with internal teams and outside partners to resolve any logístical issues quickly and efficiently. Outbound freight delays/variances to the appropriate parties.
- Track shipments and verify receipts of delivery.
- Develop and direct logistic processes and establish ongoing improvement plans for freight management, vendor routing, and carrier management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics for transportation and shipping.
- Proactively manage off-site inventory storage sites and counts once a week.
- Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining shipping documentation including working with Finance on any product investigations.
- Support Sr Warehouse Leader with any day to day activities or entering items.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations and outbound logistics management.
- Strong understanding of shipment tracking, carrier management, and order revisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve shipment issues, such as delays, shortages, or mis-picks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other logistics or warehouse management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
