Host Services Group (HSG) is a full-service property management and concierge company for short-term rentals. We offer a complete support system for individuals wishing to rent their property through Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms. We work closely with the Film and TV industries providing accommodations to cast and crew. Our mission is to provide guests with exemplary accommodations for guests and reliable service for hosts.

Headquartered in Toronto, HSG is currently looking for an Operations Associate to join our team. This person will maintain properties and ensure the guest experience is above and beyond all expectations. You have an eye for detail, have a great work ethic and enjoy being in a fast-paced environment. You are a problem solver and able to deal with unexpected situations at a moment’s notice. You enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

You’ll be on hand to assist in managing our diverse range of properties. Tasks could range from small basic DIY jobs, restocking units, and key management to evaluating larger issues which may require troubleshooting or enlisting the services of skilled tradesmen. This role requires a trustworthy individual and a reliable ‘jack-of-all-trades who will want to get the job done to the highest standards, every time.

**Requirements**:

- Flexible Availability (5 out of 7 days a week schedule)
- Own a vehicle to move around the city easily
- Live in the downtown core, no more than a 25-30 minutes drive to Union Station
- Must be able to communicate with our guests
- You'll be a great problem solver and reliable ‘jack-of-all-trades’
- Knows when skilled tradesmen are required to complete the job
- Tech-savvy for effective communication with the team
- Be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Legally allowed to work in Canada

Bonuses:

- _Previous property maintenance experience._
- _Previous general handyman experience._

Compensation:

- $3,500/month
- Various bonuses including quarterly retention bonuses and year-end bonuses (if applicable)
- 2-week paid vacation (Increases yearly)
- Car allowance/Reimbursement
- Health/Dental benefits (when eligible)
