At Lexus On The Park, our focus is to ensure all guests receive the best product and best automotive value, by providing prompt, precise service to all of our customers.

**As an Drive-Thru Attendant a typical day might include the following**:

- Welcoming guests in the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer customers inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or location
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area
- Maintain a clean and safe service drive-thru area, free of water and snow
- Assists Lot Attendant with duties at the service counter
- Administrative duties such as: filing, copying, scanning documents and distributing mail/courier packages
- Maintain records of maintenance performed, parts and supplies used
- Build a strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
- Perform other duties as required/requested by management

**This position might be right for you if**:

- A valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
- Willingness to learn about new automotive technology
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
- A high level of motivation, positive energy and strong customer service skills
