Certified Backflow Tester

**Position Overview**:
As a Certified Backflow Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of water supply systems by testing, inspecting, and maintaining backflow prevention devices. Your expertise will help protect our clients’ properties and the broader community from potential water contamination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct annual testing and certification of backflow prevention devices in accordance with local and state regulations.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on backflow assemblies as needed.
- Complete detailed reports and submit required documentation to regulatory authorities and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding inspection findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Backflow Tester with a valid license/certification (must meet local/state requirements).
- Proven experience in testing and repairing backflow prevention devices.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional certifications in plumbing or related fields.
- Experience working with fire protection systems.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
