**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
- Lead and manage the security team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the deployment of security technologies such as surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats or vulnerabilities.
- Monitor security operations through surveillance systems and reports to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and audits for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to workplace safety and security standards.
- Provide training programs for staff on security awareness, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in security management or a related field, preferably within a corporate or large organizational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams of security personnel.
- Knowledge of physical security systems, cybersecurity principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, law enforcement agencies, and external vendors.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic security team within a reputable organization committed to maintaining a safe environment for all stakeholders.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
