**What's the role?**

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Commercial Tire Technician provides top service to our customers by performing tire service, off-site fleet service, and roadside assistance.

This position is located at Kal Tire in Duncan, BC and involves working both on and off site.

**What will you be doing?**
- Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for commercial tires. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired, or, replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods.
- Keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Opportunity to progress to Service Truck Operator.

**What do we require?**
- Ability to excel in a physical environment and comfortable lifting 50lbs at shoulder height.
- Mechanically inclined individuals who ideally have some experience servicing medium truck, farm and industrial tires.
- Strong communication skills with the desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service experiences every time.
- Safety mindset, willing to wear all required PPE, and follow all safety procedures.
- Valid Driver’s Licence
