**Roof & Gutter Cleaning Technician (Experienced)**

Ajaj Peaceful Solutions LTD is looking for **experienced and reliable individuals who MUST have a valid BC driver’s license** to join our team as **Roof and Gutter Cleaning Technicians**. If you're **comfortable working on ladders and roofs**, and have experience in exterior cleaning, this is the job for you

This position is perfect for someone who is **physically active**, **safety-focused**, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and professionally **clean gutters, roofs, and downspouts** to ensure proper water flow and prevent damage.
- Remove debris, moss, and buildup from roofs using proper tools and techniques.
- Follow our **proven system and process** to complete each job correctly and efficiently.
- Inspect gutters, downspouts, and roof surfaces for any issues or damage, and report findings.
- Use ladders and safety equipment properly, with full attention to safety guidelines at all times.
- Keep all tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean work vehicle and ensure it's stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide **friendly, professional customer service**, answering basic questions and ensuring the client is satisfied.
- Work outdoors in **all weather conditions**, staying productive rain or shine.
- Cooperate and communicate well with the team to complete jobs on time.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Valid BC driver’s license** (required).
- **Experience with roof and gutter cleaning** (minimum 1 year preferred).
- **Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops**, with no fear of heights.
- Strong understanding of ladder safety and roof work best practices.
- Physically fit and able to handle an active, hands-on job.
- Great attention to detail and ability to follow a system.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to work in **various weather conditions**.
- Friendly, respectful, and professional with customers and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $140.00-$200.00 per day

Expected hours: 18 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- gutter or roof clening: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Bc Driving License (required)
