**General Responsibilities**
- Will lead by example by also enrolling.
- Aware of implementing the admissions policies, understanding inquiry flow, appointment setting and strategies for the admissions process
- Contribute in preparing budgets, initiatives and strategies for marketing by working closely with the campus president
- Effectively prioritizes and manages time and is masterful in achieving goals by empowering others
- A working knowledge of the OSAP process is an asset
- Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years in directly supervising, coaching and developing in a consultative industry, admissions/higher education is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation and organizational skills
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

A minimum of four years experience as an admissions advisor. Experience as an assistant director of admissions is preferred.

**Compensation** - Based on experience - Salary and commission

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
