SAJO is in search of dynamic individuals for the position of **Project Coordinator **in construction for our Montreal office.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Education: A university degree or technical diploma in the areas of engineering, architecture, building sciences or construction technology.
- Experience: 3+ years of construction experience.
**SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The project coordinator must work closely with the project manager and assist him/her in accomplishing all daily administrative tasks required in implementing projects. Specifically, the project coordinator will obtain pricing from subcontractors and tabulate results, obtain permits and insurances and follow-up on plans and requests. As well, he/she will maintain all necessary documentation, at all phases of the project and will assist, as needed, in bridging communication with client representatives.
- The project coordinator must have excellent organizational ability and be detail-oriented as well as a supportive team player.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English are required.

SAJO est à la recherche de personnes dynamiques pour le poste de **Coordonnateur de Projet** en construction, pour notre bureau de Montréal.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Éducation: Un diplôme universitaire ou technique dans les domaines de l'ingénierie, de l'architecture, des sciences du bâtiment ou de la technologie de la construction.
- Expérience: 3+ années d'expérience en construction.
**COMPÉTENCES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
Le coordinateur de projet doit travailler en étroite collaboration avec le/la gérant(e) de projet et l'assister dans l'accomplissement de toutes les tâches administratives quotidiennes nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des projets. Plus précisément, le coordonnateur de projet obtiendra des prix auprès des sous-traitants et tabulera les résultats, obtiendra des permis et des assurances et assurera le suivi des plans et des demandes. De plus, il / elle conservera toute la documentation nécessaire à toutes les étapes du projet et aidera, au besoin, à établir une communication avec les représentants des clients.
- Le coordonnateur de projet doit avoir une excellente capacité organisationnelle et être axé sur les détails ainsi qu’être un joueur d'équipe qui apporte son soutien aux autres.
- D’excellentes compétences en informatique sont requises.
- De solides compétences en communication orale et écrite, à la fois, en français et en anglais sont requises.
