We are looking for a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator & Support team member to join our growing factory. If you love working with tools, machines, building things, and solving practical problems, this role is perfect for you. We offer extensive training, opportunities for growth, and the chance to be part of building a global brand from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a variety of production equipment, including laser cutters, sublimation machines, fabric and paper cutters, sewing machines, and milling machines.
- Monitor and ensure machines operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely during production.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to keep our equipment in top working condition.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to improve production processes.
- Support the team with various auxiliary tasks around the factory, including inventory management, fabric preparation, printing, and packaging.
- Assist with constructing new fixtures, installing equipment, and completing minor building projects using power tools and hand tools.
