**Job description**

We're currently hiring for **2 Sales Associates (1 Full Time & 1 Part-Time)** with fluency in **English and experience in Wireless Retail**to join our team to work out of our store located Marlborough Mall, Calgary

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assisting customer with their Wireless needs, such as purchasing a new phone, upgrading their existing phones or selecting a new plan
- Educating customers on various phone and plan options, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting their phones or resolving any issues they may be experiencing with their services or billing
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and services
- Conducting regular inventory counts
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends, as well as any changes or updates to the wireless service providers policies and plans
- Collaborating with team members and management to achieve goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Participating in training and development opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
- Receive and manage the inventory processes.
- Review sales reports on a daily basis
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Wireless Experience is Must

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts

**Job Types**: Full Time & Part Time; Permanent
