**Job description**:
Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP professional to join the team in Canada as SAP Development & Integration Lead. The lead is responsible for designing, developing, and managing SAP Extension solutions along with SAP Integration suite components.

Location - Toronto

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Extend standard SAP functionalities using SAP Cloud Platform Extension Suite.
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Ensure development is optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability. Lead the integration efforts using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for connecting SAP with third-party systems.
- Design and implement secure and scalable integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration and API management tools.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide performance tuning.

**Required Skills**:

- 10-12 years of experience in SAP development and integration, with a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role.
- SAP certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations
- Proficiency in OData services, Idoc processing, and API management
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing SAP projects
- Ability to work across Agile development, support, and deployment landscapes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
