**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency between bank records and company accounts.
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Premier Desktop is a must.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
