**Data Analyst (Part-Time)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain reporting formats tailored to different audiences, including executives, managers, and operational teams.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis, automate workflows, and optimize reporting processes.
- Create and manage data flows between systems, working to eliminate manual data entry and reduce errors.
- Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and refine reporting processes.
- Utilize tools and software to streamline data analysis and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
- Identify opportunities to implement automation and improve system integration.
- Ensure all reports comply with company standards and are delivered within deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- ** 5+ years** of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and database management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with programming languages, with a focus on process automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning techniques to support data-driven automation and insights.
- Proven experience creating data integrations between systems and reducing manual workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a medical clinic or healthcare environment is an asset**.**
