As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our internal and external operations, working closely alongside the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless coordination of all facets of our warehouse activities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Fulfillment Excellence**: Oversee and learn the fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance order processing, inventory management, and pick-pack-ship operations.

**Inbound and Outbound Logistics**: Manage inbound and outbound loads, optimizing transportation and logistics processes. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline distribution and reduce costs and be other department heads back up when needed.

**Staff Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of warehouse associates. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure proper training and development to empower your team to excel.

**Business Growth**:You will be working with our operations manager to assist with growing the business, this would include being a part of sales meetings, on boarding new clients, and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse or operations management, with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and influencing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to improve processes.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and logistics systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- 3-15 years of warehouse experience, preferably with some e-comm; picking, packing, processing using a windows-based warehouse management system.
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Good reading, writing, computer, and communication skills.
- Forklift License preferred.
- Experience with using scanner and bar code systems.
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.
- Team-oriented but can work well unsupervised.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
