Ecopack Canada Inc, a division of Ecopack S.p.A. is currently seeking a Rotogravure Press Operator to join our team in Brantford, Ontario.
**Job Description**:
Safely and efficiently setup and operate rotogravure printing press to print aluminum and paper to quality standards.
Job Duties:

- Load and unload paper and aluminum stock.
- Control Quality, Register, Colour, Viscosity and Alignment.
- Observes machine operation to detect defects or machine / maintenance issues.
- Maintains a clean work area, including the cleaning of cylinders and doctor blades, and additional press clean up as needed.
- Records daily production and quality data.
- Operates Fork/Lift truck.
- Trains other team members to assist press operator.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years’ experience running gravure press.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with the operation of hand held tools.
- Basic mechanical ability and manual dexterity.
- Hand-eye co-ordination.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule of 12 hour shifts and Overtime.
- Must be able to stand and walk on cement for long periods of time.
- Must have steel toe boots.
