As Technical Agent - Process Cheese Planner you will act as a contact for the cheese technical support for the plant, and as a key contact for cheese quality-related matters. You will actively participate in maintaining compliance with quality, operational, maintenance, and food safety requirements, working closely with multidisciplinary teams for processed cheese manufacturing.

More specifically, the Technical Agent - Process Cheese Planner:
- Creates and Manages process cheese formulations, including cost-out initiatives;- Supports the processed cheese's continuous improvement team on day-to-day activities;- Supports plant team for troubleshooting with product quality issues;- Manages and utilises by-products from conversion lines to optimize the cost;- Offers plant support for all product development needs for cheese and processed cheese;- Grades cheese as needed to find suitable opportunities;- Is responsible to manage and direct the use of the sub-product inventory.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in dairy/food technology, biochemistry, microbiology, or equivalent training.- 1 to 3 years of experience in the agri-food industry- Good knowledge of continuous improvement practices and tools- Results-driven, excellent communication skills
