**Your Impact**
- Input customer orders accurately into our CRM and order system, ensuring all details are captured for seamless order fulfillment.
- Proactively follow up on customer orders, providing updates and addressing any potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive resolution in a timely manner.
- Identify and process leads generated through customer interactions, contributing to our sales pipeline.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the team and company operations.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, embodying our commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
- Leverage our CRM system to document interactions, track customer history, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and order processing software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organization and time management skills.

- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
