**Position Summary**:

- **ONE DAY ONLY SATURDAY ONLY**_ As a **Nightclub Hostess**, you are the face of TropicalYYC. You welcome guests with warmth and energy, manage the flow of the night, and ensure a positive first and last impression. You’ll help set the tone for an elevated dinner service and a seamless transition into our Latin nightlife experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- **Charge for cover entrance**:

- Manage guest check-in, waitlists, and reservations using our POS or host system
- Coordinate table assignments with servers and management for both dinner and bottle service
- Provide guests with event information (mariachi times, DJ sets, promotions, etc.)
- Ensure a smooth flow of guests from the dining room to the dance floor
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Communicate closely with security, management, and bar staff throughout the night
- Support VIP and bottle service coordination on busy nights
- Create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for all guests

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year experience in a restaurant, lounge, or nightclub environment preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environments
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Well-groomed and polished appearance in line with brand standards
- Must be available **Thursday to Saturday evenings**, with flexibility for holidays or special events
