Premium Suites Runner

**True North Sports + Entertainment** is looking for a Premium Suites Runner to join our team at Canada Life Centre.**

The **Premium **Suites Runner **will be working with a team to service the Premium Suites, by delivering orders from the kitchen to the pantry areas at Canada Life Centre.

**What to be excited for in this role**:

- Receive food orders from culinary department and transport goods safely to the Premium Suites pantries.
- Ensure orders are delivered timely and correctly.
- Deliver additional supplies as requested by Premium Suites Supervisors.
- Assist with the closing of Premium Suites level, including timely return of dishware to the main kitchen area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
- Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
