We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated **Quality Control Inspector** to join our team in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our production processes.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Quality Control Inspector**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed all quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to perform various testing and inspections to guarantee that products are defect-free and meet customer specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
- Perform measurements and visual inspections using various tools, such as calipers and gauges.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in compliance with company standards.
- Identify non-conformance issues and work closely with production teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Report any defects or deviations from quality standards to management and suggest corrective actions.
- Monitor production lines for adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assist with audits and provide support during regulatory inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area to ensure efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality control is an asset.
- Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Familiarity with quality control tools (e.g., calipers, gauges).
- Knowledge of quality control principles and methods (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest improvements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:
