Timbertrain Coffee Roasters is hiring

We’re a specialty coffee roaster and café dedicated to providing an outstanding coffee experience. We’re looking for skilled, passionate baristas to join our team at our downtown locations. **Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

**Coffee Preparation & Quality Control**: Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages and pour-over coffees

**Knowledge of Products**: Stay informed about Timbertrain's coffee line up, including origin, flavour profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and assist customers.

**Adherence to Health and Safety Standards**: Follow health and safety guidelines, including food safety and hygiene protocols, to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about specialty coffee
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
